Hey, welcome to El Porto. is our weekly pep talk. There's a book by Sam Parker called 212, The Extra Degree. The premise is based on the fact that water boils at 212 degrees, creates steam, and runs the engine. Up until 212 degrees, even at 211 degrees, it is nothing but hot water. How many times have you quit something

before you reach 212 degrees. How many times in your life have you been at 208, 209, 210, quit? All you needed was one more degree. Think about that. The next time you decide to give up on a dream, the next time you give up on a goal, how close were you? Think about that. In the meantime, be good to each other, be kind to each other, love on each other.
