I'm just waiting on the right wave to ride

Hello from El Porto, California. It's your daily pep talk. Steve Martin has a bit where he talks about the value of building on your goal, starting out small and then building towards your big ass hairy goal, right? Now for him that means starting out as the all-being master of the universe and then maybe going to Europe. Now he's joking of course, but the spirit of that concept is a valid one. It's very easy to overwhelm yourself with too big a goal right from the start.

Know where you want to end up, but break that down into smaller tasks that you can accomplish on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Ultimately, getting you to your big-ass, very goal, right? So, think about what your ultimate goal is, and then start breaking it down, and really methodically work your way towards your big goal. In the meantime, be good to each other, be kind to each other, love on each other, and have a great week.
