I'm just waiting on the right wave to ride

Good morning from El Porto, California. It's your weekly pep talk. And the topic this week is staying positive. Lot of negativity out there. ⁓ goodness, you know as well as I do, especially on socials. Lot of anger, lot of negativity. Very easy to get sucked into it. Every swipe is another story that just has your head spinning. So my advice to you, in the words of Dora, the explorer, swiper, no swiping.

Just put the phone down for a minute. Now, I'm not saying don't stay informed because right now it's very important to be informed. But you know as well as I do, it's very easy to lose an entire afternoon just getting sucked into it all and then getting angry yourself. So instead, I suggest finding something, one thing that you want to accomplish today and focus your energies on that, something positive that will move you forward. All right, I'm gonna do it too.

In the meantime, be good to each other, be kind to each other, love on each other, and we'll talk to you next time. I'm just waiting on the right wave to ride
