Hello from El Porto, California and the Americana Coast Podcast. This is your daily pep talk. Why are we so attracted to rage bait? It's so easy, right? Somebody will post something that they post just to get under our skin. We know it's not true. And yet we will engage so quickly and get all riled up and let it ruin our morning. It's so dumb. I do it all the time.

Why do we do it? Why are we so attracted to drama and negativity? There's no point in it. Engagement is futile. So this morning, just be conscious of what you're doing. And as I've said in the past, acknowledge and move on. Just let it go, shut it off, and go about your day and combat that negativity with a positive thought. Right? Meanwhile, be good to each other, be kind to each other.
